Motor Australia. So they reduced the price of the MG4X site. That's 64 kilowatt hour battery

to 35,000 Aussie dollars. That's like a $10,000 discount. And that makes it a crazy

cheap vehicle. The price cut follows a September reduction for the 2023, 51 kilowatt hour

variant. That now starts at $33,000, not $35,000 for the big battery. 64 kilowatt-hour version gives you 280 miles at least range.

That would be 450 kilometres.

That's probably 100 kilometres more than the smaller battery.

And when I say smaller, that's still 51 kilowatt-hour battery.

The price drop has positioned the MG4 above, you know, the Model Y, the BYD Ato in the price stakes.

It's so competitive now that with those discounts, the MG4 in Australia is now one of the most

affordable cars on the market, not just electric cars, but cars if you want that segment,

that space.
