This is a studio both and this is a serialized story of Israel Keys. As we made our way through a long list of college campus sightings, attacks, and other campus and area crimes,

we started to notice a few patterns.

The first was that most of these tips, and particularly the most credible ones, were

taking us to places we've been a million times before. Places that

Israel Keys knew well. Some widely reported ons, not so much.

A second pattern was that there were unsolved crimes occurring at or near these campuses

that matched Keys's known Mo's.

Geographically, the sightings and tips eerily match the Keys' hotspots,

and often even his known travels and crimes.

And they place him at campuses in the Greater Albany Metro Area,

Western Washington, Northern New Jersey, Burlington, Vermont, upstate Maine, Northern Oregon, and Texas.

And these sightings, tips, and accounts were eerie not just because of their geography, but because

of their timelines.

These incidents seem to follow keys on his travels.

For example, the Long Island and Albany area tips cool down as soon as Keys left the area,

and then they start immediately appearing with great veracity in Western Washington, just as Keys arrived there.

The Western Washington campus tips start just a few months after Keys returned to Fort Lewis from his army tour in Egypt,

and they start somewhere familiar to all of us.

The Evergreen State College in Olympia, just 12 miles from where Keys was stationed at Fort

Lewis.
