Hello, friends, welcome to Level Up with Debbie Neal. I am your host. There is nowhere. I would rather be

0:09.8

than right here, right now with you. This podcast is all about leveling up in all aspects of our lives.

0:17.0

Thank you for being here. I am so grateful. I'm excited to be on this journey with you.

0:22.3

Together, we are leveling up. You ready?

0:27.4

Hello, my level up family. I want to talk today about a topic that is so important.

0:37.8

So no matter what it is that you do for a living, you will have moments and days that possibly

0:44.0

feel like they're filled with anxiety or maybe overthinking, doubt, fear, questioning

0:50.2

yourself and what you're capable of.

0:53.1

And that can happen from an obstacle.

0:55.7

It could be something that someone said or did. It could be from a friend or a family member

1:01.0

or somebody close to you criticizing you. It could result from a goal set and missed and you feel

1:31.6

makes us feel anxious or makes us feel doubt, we want to address it as soon as possible because

1:38.4

otherwise we attract more things just like that into our life and just like that into our business. And so here are a few

1:46.7

things to remember. I truly believe that everything we go through or feel is meant to develop

1:54.4

us. Like it challenges us, it changes us, it grows us, it tests our faith, it expands our leadership. One of the first things that I ask myself when I'm feeling a certain way is why am I feeling this way? Like, why am I feeling this way? What is triggering this feeling? And I also ask myself, is this an absolute fact. And the reason I ask myself that is because, remember, our feelings are not facts. You might be feeling nobody wants to do this with me. Is that a feeling or is it a fact? Because maybe you just had, you know, like a friend say no or somebody think you were crazy, right?

2:35.8

We might feel that we aren't good enough.

2:39.7

Is that a feeling or is that a fact?

2:42.2

Because you're all worthy.
