beginning. So I know you're a fellow Midwesterner. Tell me a little bit about where your

story started. So I grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. My mom's a journalist. So early on in life,

I saw her doing her thing and seeing her in action. I was always really interested in what she

was doing. I liked that she interviewed people. I always liked the conversations

that she had and the ones that I couldn't listen in on. My dad was also a very supportive parent,

and I think a lot about how I approach my job, the responsibility I see in my job. And I think my

dad really played that role in my life where, you know, he taught me to

believe in myself. He taught me to fight for what I believed was right. And I think that really

plays into how I approach being a journalist and a reporter. So I'm the oldest sister. I have one
