Hello my chickens, How are you guys or girls or people who don't identify as

either one or people who identify as chickens? So now that we have a hundred

episodes under our belt,

that would be our collective belt, I guess.

I actually don't own any belts.

a lot of pictures of me and you will see that I am basically never wearing pants. I have a couple

pairs of leggings and I wear pants to work out and that is it. All dresses all the time. So I don't have

any belts. But still, got a hundred episodes of Unfuck Your Brain out there. I kind of feel like we're

at a new level. So last week one of the things I talked about
