In this episode, I’m outlining my beliefs on internalized biases. We all have them, whether we’re conscious of them or not, as we live in a society where people have explicitly or implicitly taught us certain biases. It can be difficult to accept the thoughts we deem to be wrong or ugly that we’ve internalized about ourselves or others, but rejecting them is far from useful.
