Today, here today, what do I feel is possible for me?

I think I'm going to feel with my whole body for as long as I can.

I don't know how long that is, but I want the level of intensity of feeling

to be sustained until the very end.

I don't want to leave my body ever again.

As someone who's disassociated, who's been paralyzed and numbed out by trauma,

whatever happens next, even if it's painful, if it's heartbreak,

if it's difficult, I want to feel with my whole organism.

Because that's why I'm here is to be a kind of a sensory, soft animal.
