I recently got an ice pack that was my whole dang ankle.

Rolled the ankle in a clown show and said guess what daddy's got to have some

ice pack and basically and And so I popped that puppy out of the freezer and I

slided it onto my ankle and lo and behold my whole ankle was cold

and it was actually a little too cold

but I couldn't wear it for that long.

You know, I spent the pain of having

Yeah.

The pack of peas or of you know the worst.

Oh the peas I'm like oh it's gonna they're gonna defrost but the

peas are not that bad because they're they're malleable what's worse is when you get

like a hard ice thing and you're trying to balance the hard one and you're

like huck it you're just to balance the hard one and you're like Oh, impossible.

You're just like let's just you know when we were trying to fall asleep with it and

you're elevating it I've sprayed my ankle a million times this is why I have

this ankle sleeve.

Angle sleeve I have a bunch of ankle things but because once you do it, well you don't have a

silly times but I will say it goes, it kind of dies out soon it doesn't last.

The cold doesn't last as long as I'd like
