Hello everyone and welcome to the pod. I'm so excited to introduce you to Taylor my guest today. Taylor identifies as she and her. She has an unknown medical condition and

it's being treated for chronic fatigue and

being fed through a feeding tube and uses a wheelchair. So she's very upset

with people because they don't understand her condition and I love

you've checked in open your mind close your eyes, get really still, and join me as together we do the work with Taylor.

Hello, dears.

Those of you that are new to the work today, new to this community, welcome,

and should you doubt that you are anything less than beautiful?

And to me, that's a word for like loving, caring, kind, all those words we've heard about,

other than what you're thinking and believing,

by nature, that's who you are.

And there's nothing you can do about it.

Any thinking you do that opposes that

feels like guilt. And sooner or later, you say something or do something where you just double down.

Distance away from understanding

who and what you are by nature.

In Earth School there's cause and effect if I don't care about you that's on me, not you. Why would I say that? What I'm thinking and believing about you is the cause of the distance I'm assuming, so sure of.

So identify those thoughts,

and that's what we do here in this community.
