1:09.0	And how do I decrease the amount of time my child spends on a screen? Well, until now I really
1:17.6	had no good answers. The truth is, kids aren't mature enough to handle harmful effects of the internet until they're well into

1:27.5	And the best way to decrease screen time is to decrease internet time, because that's where kids spend most of their time.
