0:24.2	but that program got thrown out because of the news of the passing of Pope Francis this morning
0:31.9	at his apartments in Vatican City, of course.
0:38.3	And so we'll be talking about that for a couple hours.
0:41.3	It's strange to this you expect, and for years I've been coming on here on Easter Monday,
0:48.3	and you expect to have the joy of saying,
0:51.3	hallelujah again, and talk about the joy of the season. And we will do that.
0:56.7	We'll do some of that today, but all of it tempered with the reality that the Pope has passed.
1:02.2	We are now in the interim. Of course, the media machine grinds on and it's been doing its work.
1:09.7	Some of it helpful. Some of it not so helpful.
1:11.9	We'll talk about all of that.
1:12.9	But I thought, well, all of us here today thought we will get a reaction from some of our
1:18.1	apologists and other folks who are friends of the show this hour.
1:21.7	We'll talk about Pope Francis.
1:23.0	We'll talk about the church and all the things that come up on a day today. But before we do any of that,
1:31.1	a prayer for Pope Francis. Let's, if you would, we'll join. He, you know, the Pope is not going to
1:36.6	be buried in Vatican City. His final testament came out today, and he's going to be buried at St. Mary Major, which, I don't know,
1:47.2	20 minutes or so from Vatican City. And because he has a particular devotion to an icon of Mary
1:56.3	there and to marry herself, of course. And so I think praying a Hail Mary for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis,
2:05.6	and he'd want us to pray for peace.
2:07.0	So we'll add a prayer for peace for this world.
