and he's absolutely killing it. He sold 92 homes last year. He started in late 2020, but was still working as a naval officer up until

2024. So his first full-time year in real estate, 92 homes, he has so many great ideas.

One of his big things is Facebook groups. He's killing it on there, as well as just dominating

with his fear of influence.

I am doing great just to, what do they say, another manic Monday, right?

Exactly. Exactly. So I was reading through your bio and you've been in real estate for about two years and we were talking before

we hit record and you listen to real estate rock stars to get going. Tell me about that. Yeah,

it was it was really the very first and to be honest, the only real estate agent podcast i've ever listened to so being here

it's it's you know a true full circle moment for me i i'm super honored and humbled to to be able to

connect with you and the guest today well awesome we're excited so let's just start from the beginning

tell us a little bit about who you are and how you got into real estate.

Yeah. So Sean Cleary, a big part of my background is, you know, like a lot of other real

estate agents, I started out in the military. So I went to the Naval Academy and was a submarine

officer for years until I made my way back to Charleston, South Carolina.

And, you know, I wanted to buy a house. So I bought a house and didn't know anything about what I was doing. Like, I showed up to the closing table with a debit card and I called the bank morning of because

nobody told me I couldn't. It was that level of like, you know, that I did not know what real
