Cushman from Cushman Homes. He is the best short-term rental operator in North Georgia,

a successful real estate agent. Him and I have a really funny story. We met four or five

years ago on Instagram. He replied to one of my stories. We started chatting after that while

he was building his real estate business. He even attended our mastermind

last year out in Austin. So another one of those people that I met online that have become friends.
