1:02.4	Tell us a little bit about yourself, how you got into real estate, kind of catch us up a little bit there.
1:07.7	Yeah. So like Sarah said, I'm from the south side of Indianapolis and have been in real estate since August of 2020. So I actually, fun fact, have a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, which everyone says, oh, I'm sure that helps you a lot in real estate. And yes, it does.

1:29.9	Yeah.
1:39.1	So right before the COVID shutdown, I decided, oh, I actually hate listening to people's problems.
1:40.9	It is not fun.
1:41.8	It's not for me.
1:47.8	And needed to try something different. So my personal realtor posted on Facebook and said he was looking to hire more agents. Long story short, I took an accelerated
1:54.0	class in July, passed both the national and state exams the first try. I got licensed August 1st, sold my first house
2:02.4	the same day, and it's been like a whirlwind from there. You sold your first house the day
2:07.8	you got licensed? Yes. Your personal house? No. Like I sold a deal peed up for the day that you
