1:06.4	So you know what? I moved down here. I own properties down here about 20 years ago.
1:14.5	I finally made the big step to live down here around six years ago.
1:19.6	I opened up a brokerage down here called RealtorDR.com.
1:27.2	Reason I did it is because I really wanted to focus on the North American buyers and the European buyers and try and bring a little bit of that
1:30.4	experience down to them while buying in the Dominican Republic. So yeah, we started up about six
1:38.7	years ago. So where are you originally from? So I'm from a town in northern Saskatchewan, Canada called Prince Albert.
1:47.0	So this was a very, very advantageous for me to move down here to get out of the cold.
1:54.1	So how did you even first find, like this area in the Dominican Republic?
