Hey everybody, welcome to an especially strong hour of motivating music at 135 beats per minute, called

Walk It Off.

This is a jumpstart mix, so it starts with banging hard trance to get you going going and then it slots into a solid

progressive house groove that builds and builds until it hands off to some funky big

time house and that will carry you right up into the peak.

Then the hard trance comes back to blow the carbon out of her tailpipe

before setting you back down with a great big uplifting ending.

I usually try to avoid saying things that would pin a mix to a specific date because I know that people

listen to them years later so I apologize to you guys up there in the future but I kind of need

to say this.

Walk it off as Podrunner's final mix of 2020,

a year that pretty much everybody is more than happy to put behind them.

And because it is, I wanted this to be a strong mix that capped a year that demanded

strength to get through. I have had so many emails from listeners who said that Podrunner

helped them focus, gave them motivation, gave them an alternative

to the gym routine that they suddenly couldn't go and do.

And I'm here to tell you that y'all letting me know that is probably what got me through this year.

I often say that you and I are workout partners.

This year, that was more true than it's ever been.
