But the sheer amount of tracks, bandwidth, and just plain time involved has been prohibitive.

But I finally got to a point where I just thought, okay, well, so it's hard, so what what so is running 13 miles for God say I mean if

it's probably impossible to make a one-size-fits-all half marathon mix, but I've tried to make some

educated guesses about energy levels and apply them to the music.

builds up to a peak at around 40 minutes. Then it backs down and builds up again to a longer
