so we're not sorting the 60s today, despite everything I just said.

But I will say hello, I'm Gary Abbott, author, musician and podcaster and please welcome my popular

music history expert brother Paul Abbott. Hello everyone, yes you did the introduction, our standard

introduction and immediately made a liar of yourself. I did and for good reason though because

Yes very good reason. Because we aren't doing any sorting and it is another

bonus episode because we are on our summer break um if you can call it summer i think i made that

joke last time um but we're on a break anyway and having done half of our series and we've got some

little bonus things to kind of keep people uh interested in in absence. And we've got a very special one

today, Paul. We'd like to tell us a bit about what it is. Okay. Yes, I will. Okay. Indeed. Yes.

Well, anyway, people have been listening to the last couple of episodes of this. We've mentioned

I Am the Egg Pod and the fact that it was ending. And the fact that we couldn't be there for the final show. We were there last year at the event and enjoyed it very

much and we would have definitely been there this year. Had we not had a prior Beatles engagement

elsewhere? Yeah, I think we had a very valid reason, didn't we? It was at least, it was on

trend. We couldn't be there

because we were actually performing Beatles music to willing participants. Willing participants?

Yes. Well, an audience. They weren't captives. No, they were free to leave at any time.
