Hello friends, this is Dr. Motley and welcome to the Health Institute podcast.

And today we're going to talk about a very important subject. We are going to talk about

mental health, brain vitality, and how about memory loss. We're going to talk about

certain conditions that are neurological and what are some of the things that can cause it,

such as infections, which is often misdiagnosed or overlooked. And we also

want to talk about the vitamins and minerals and even the herbs that have been shown to help

with neurological problems. It's a very important subject to me because many times in my office

every day that I'm there. I see patients that have infections like Lyme disease and parasites,

viral infections such as Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, even herpes simplex.

And some of these viruses have been known to infiltrate the brain stem and into the brain because

they're so small they can get past the blood brain barrier. So I wanted to talk about this

because these infections can create a lot of toxicities, they can cause a lot of neurological

problems. And I wanted to discuss some of the mechanisms with you and what you can do to help
