Mark Turner is the founder of the Overwatch Foundation, a non for profit  utilizing United States Military Veterans to Provide Critical Natural Disaster Relief & Urgent Humanitarian Response to Those in Need.  Mark is also a 3rd degree Black Belt under Damian Maia, owns the “BJJ Lab”, a thriving Jiu-jitsu school in Naperville, and is also a husband and father of two.

time but a little bit with that for people that aren't familiar with you about all

the amazing work you're doing and just how it all came about because it's such a great story.

Yeah, I still actually can't believe it. It's, you know, we, we, around the time of the Afghan pull out when our country pulled out of

Afghanistan had been kind of disconnected from veterans and from the military

and from that kind of stuff for a while.

And I just kind of when I saw that happen and I just wanted to get involved and wanted to do something.

So, sent a couple of texts out and stuff and got some responses about hey let's do something here and

help with the Afghanistan situation so the wheels started turning with that. It wasn't anything, it wasn't

like let's sit down and create a

involved and then very close to that if you remember I think that was 2021 at that point at this point now 2021 and
