Colin is an evolutionary biologist, writer, and founding editor of Reality's Last Stand

Substack that is dedicated to content about sex differences from a

gender critical perspective.

He is a contributing editor for the publication Quilet and the academic advisor for evidence-based

gender medicine.

So you get where this is going, I'm fortunate enough to have a wide

and diverse audience. Some people are into the gender ideology stuff and I

respect that, providing that they respect others who don't buy into it.

I understand if you want to skip this episode and others like it, but I do hope you stick it out and hear what Colin has to say.

I think it's important still to reiterate that I am a huge supporter of

trans rights, the rights for a trans person to exist, to work, to be happy, to do all the things that anyone else can do.

I don't believe, however, that trans women literally, literally are women because they're not and this podcast deals with

magical thinking so much with regards to cults and ideologies that it would be

hypocritical and cowardly of me I think to just pretend something

into reality. I always go back to that Bertrand Russell quote my favorite one I

want to get it tattooed on my face. Never let yourself be diverted either by what you wish to believe or by

what you think would have beneficial social effects if it were believed, but look only and

solely at what are the facts.
