of mind and ego and how it rules our life and shifts our identity until we don't know the difference between

imagination and reality.

question the thoughts that cause all of suffering in our lives.

We identify the thoughts were thinking and we move them from our head to paper.

And there is our mind, there is the cause of our suffering. Move, did you ever want to just stop your head?

Identify the thoughts in your head that are causing your suffering.

Move them from your head, the paper, and there they are.

Stop right there, right there in front of your face.

I mean, why else, what else would love do?

thoughts on paper, listen to your ego say, oh I get it, I get it, just thank it for sharing.
