as you sit in this with this man he actually you can't see him but he kind of looks like Jesus and he's got the hair and he's in a spiritual community and one of his

one of the men in the community were water over him while he's sitting and he didn't expect it.

And what comes out of that is just this radical,

this radical worksheet and experience.

I would love that too let's look at it. Oh amazing so um yeah I've had this cyclical thing in my life and, you know, I was thinking, okay, this is the thing that's beyond me and so Katie can help me.

And so I chose a specific experience because I didn't want to come in with you know abstraction so I picked a very specific experience

So this is I was playing music at a park with friends and it's part of a community where I was really just heart opening to do leadership and organizing and this guy who's a friend was a friend I mean changing

relationships and he poured water over me you know when playing guitar and that's one of the

few valuable things I have and

anyway that's the context but let me let me read number one if yes yeah and this is

and this worksheet is, comes out of all that you've just shared with us and him pouring water on you.

That's the specific experience that I'm allowing to be the focalization of the work.

You can feel all the emotions coming up, so I'm just getting myself

threat to be present in that. And he was a friend of yours?
