Okay, so I'm not, I'm not much of a teacher. I walk today, you know, that's something

I'd like to teach, you know, how powerful that is and I brush my teeth, that's a big deal for some of us and oh I got out of bed.

I got out of bed.

That's a big one for some of you you know it's a you know luxury you can't afford and for some of us it's like oh I'm going to take it like a step too far and you know I guess I'm fairly successful today. What more could I ask for I feel, you know, for a change I feel better well enough to hang out.
