Jog Run Jog. It's meant to help you joggers and moderate speed runners put a bit more burn into your workout.

The idea is to run at your normal pace, with a 10 minute bump to a higher speed in the middle.

It's a half hour workout that brings more calorie burn and endurance building into your routine

without having to crank up to some whole new level.

Here you'll jog at 160 beats per minute for 10 minutes and then

you'll run at 175 B. PM for 10 minutes and then back to a 160 B.P.m. J jog for your final 10 minutes.

a rising tone will let you know when you're about to go faster

and a descending tone will let you know when you're about to slow down.
