Hi everyone. Hi Margie. So happy to ride shotgun on this episode with you.

It's always fun. Yeah. What are we doing here? Why are we doing this?

Why are we doing this, John? Yeah. What are we doing? What are we doing?

You ask such good questions. What are we doing? We're doing an interview with Rachel.

We're super excited. So I've mentioned a couple of weeks back that we're going to do a series

of parenting episodes. And I think that's because it's one of the areas that I feel it can

be a hard hit amidst Mormon transition. And there are many, many good ways, I think, to approach

parenting. And so I think having many stories is a great idea. So many options, many stories.

I did want to just address really quickly before we do the Thrive Story, a forehead story

because my forehead is bandaged clearly. So I know people will likely ask about it, those

that are watching. So once upon a time, Margie noticed something on her forehead and found

out it was a basal cell carcinomas. So went to the dermatologist, had some surgery, and

it's healing up, and we're doing well and fine. And I have all the SPFs. And it's just

a great reminder for everyone. But hopefully, hopefully that answers all the questions of

the forehead at the current situation. Where your hat's in the sun is basically the moral

of the story. That's right. It's like hats and SPF. But let's dive in today. I'm really
