the work is a way to identify the thoughts that are the cause of all your suffering without exception, the thoughts

you were thinking are the cause, the unquote, my goodness.

What is the cause of suffering?

It's what you're thinking and believing.

And that's like some kind of miracle to understand

because you meditators and you not meditators yet you can get really

still and what's running in your head, and you can respectfully, not alter, don't change, but move those thoughts
