It's been a few weeks Jake, but you know due to work commitments we've both been really busy tied down and yeah we've had to take a little break you've been doing a play obviously up in the West End which is coming out soon. You can tell us about that and I've sort of been busy. I've been busy filming my app, my online training at Box Pro Fitness.
