supporting me during this time my dad passed away from cancer about two weeks ago and I've been taking this time just to start processing and healing and all of your messages of support and sticking with me here listening right now. I appreciate all of it so

thank you so so much if I have not gotten back to you personally please know I have

read your messages and I feel the love. I also want to address what is going on in the world today. I'm not going to pretend that. I know what challenges African Americans are facing anyone with brown colored skin

anyone besides the middle class middle aged white woman from the Midwest

skin that I'm in I have no way of knowing, but I just want to say I am

sorry I am disgusted. I need to do better. We all need to do better and it needs to

start in our homes and in the voting booth. I am fully aware I may not be saying

the correct things right now. I may not be using the correct vernacular and I am open

for you to school me when I need to be schooled but I just feel like I need to get that off my chest and

I don't know if there is any good way to transition here

to talking about one of the most shallow shows on TV 90 day fiance before the 90 days

I actually caught an episode of 90 day fiance before the 90 days quarantine.

I really have not been watching a lot of those because there are people I don't give a

shit about like Jesse and the family shantel I don't really care but I did manage to catch a little

segment of the one in only one of the inspirations for me to even begin this

podcast three years ago.
