Peter King Podcast. I'm going to be joined by Miles Simmons, my partner in crime at

NBC. And I think I'm basically the big criminal here, Miles, because I've got a totally bizarre

AFC home field team that I know that you were just itching to ask me how in the world did you put the Jacksonville Jaguars

the number one seed in the AFC however we just tell you what we're going to do in

this podcast number one we're going to go over the AFC, our seating, Miles is going to argue with me, I'm going

to argue with Miles, we're going to then go over the NFC, then we're going to get to our guest.

We are very fortunate to have had about, I don't know, 20 minutes, 25 minutes in Costa Mesa, California a couple of weeks ago with our guest,

CAM Jordan, the Star Defensive N slash Edge Guy with the New Orleans Saints.

So we'll listen to Cam Jordan and then we're going to come back and before we get out we'll go over our awards predictions for the

season and not a lot of outlandish stuff in the awards but who knows you may

disagree with some of them fervently.

This just in, by the way, I'm picking DeMar Hamlin

for Comeback Player of the Year.

And that is easily my most controversial pick of all in my football morning in America

column this week. Okay, Miles Greetings. How's life out there in Los Angeles?

It's not too bad, Peter, you know, things haven't been too hot.

It was a nice Labor Day weekend.

I went to a Beyoncé concert, not the one on her birthday where she had everybody in there you know all the celebrities in the entire world it seemed like were at so-fai stadium for that but I still did get to see my bianc. It was very good. She is the entertainer of our lifetimes, at least my lifetime right now, or my generation, maybe I should call it that. But good concert, now I'm ready for football season, you know?

It's the last time that so far is going to have me in there seeing a concert instead of a football game for a little bit.

I'm going to remind you when before Beyoncé was Beyoncé that there was a time that Brett Musberger was doing a football game. This is a long time ago.

And Brent Musburger was doing a football game and he referred to her on the air, I think she was going to be on ABC or something I don't know she was
