And obviously a very, very interesting week one, a consequential week one capped by the Aaron

Rogers injury on Monday night football and what an incredibly devastating 24 hours at MetLife Stadium

for the two New York teams. We're going to get to that. I just want to set the stage a little bit in the

podcast this week. We're going to be joined later in the pod by Green Bay Packers

President Mark Murphy, who will go over quite a few things in our conversation

when I was in Green Bay and training camp. I'm most interested and I guess I'm a little bit of a schedule event nerd when it comes to this but I really wanted to talk to Mark Murphy about the NFL draft, which will be in Green Bay in 2025.

I'm just totally fascinated by the logistics, how in the world they're going to make that happen.

So we'll get into that we'll get into the

quarterback situation and obviously this was I taped this long before Jordan Love had

such an impressive outing in the first game of the season for the

Green Bay Packers winning decisively at Chicago. We'll talk about that a bit here,

but Mark Murphy coming up later in the podcast.

You know, Miles welcome and I want to start by giving just a little bit of perspective on the Aaron Rogers injury.

On Friday I spoke to Robert Sala, the coach of the Jets, and I asked him, how do you think you're going to feel coming out of the tunnel Monday night for the opener of this season.

9-11 in New York, Sala, as most people know, has a big history with 9-11.

His brother was very nearly killed in 9-11 but survived and it changed the course of Robert

Salas life.

I wrote about it in Football Morning in America this week.
