And he's going to discuss this in the context of a leadership law called the law of the niche.

And you have to ask yourself, are you doing the work that aligns with your strengths or with your weaknesses?

I've been thinking a lot about this the last couple months as I've, you just kind of wonder, like, okay, what is the future going to hold?

Like, and also what is the business as well?

And one thing is so wild.

You know, I had this podcast called Underground Wellness for, what, seven years.

It was like a top five health podcast and I stopped

doing in 2015. And I would hear all the time from listeners as well as guests, you are the best

interviewer I've heard, like one of the best interviewers like on the planet. You are so good at this.

You ask questions that nobody else asked. And it was,

it was something I loved doing, but at some point I just kind of fell out of love with the topic.

And I've been like evaluating. And I really encourage you to do this. Like evaluate, what are your

strengths? Like, I love writing. When I write the time just flies. I love teaching. When I teach time flies, people love writing. When I write, the time just flies.

I love teaching.

When I teach time flies, people get value out of it.

And I love interviewing.

And the last two I've kind of gotten away from in the last few years.
