I'm all here to learn how to be better, how to be smarter, younger, fitter, everything.

But here's the thing.

Before you fix all that stuff, love better, live better, work, better.

You've got to fix something I call the emptiness inside of you.

So most of us have something called the emptiness inside.

I had it for years.

I didn't even understand what it was.

Most of us have this emptiness. It's why we think, I need more food. I need more followers. I need more drugs. I need

more drink. I need something. Because when you have the emptiness inside, you can never get

quite enough. But where does it come from? It comes from the unmet needs of our childhood.
