excited that you're back. I know, thanks for having me back on. I told you I would. I know you didn't lie.

You brought me back. When I was like trying to figure out things that I wanted to talk about this week and I was like I kind of want to do another VMA episode and you were literally the first person that comes to mind like I couldn't think of a better equipped person to do this with.

Thank you so much. Seriously, Ward Shows are cracked me like I told you like I'm obsessed

with them I've always been so I'm super excited.

I understand that this was like

Growing up for me award shows were like what like people who grew up in the sports families

Like that's what this was for us like for my mom but the amaze was like the Super Bowl.

Oh me too. My dad and my brother had like the Super Bowl and my mom and I had like

American Idol and Award shows. Like violently texting on your on your flip phone to vote for

my singular. So we are doing the 2,000 VMA's today and so I did a VMA episode with my friend Russ Martin.

And I thought the 2001 VMA's were really fun.

It was a fun award show to watch.

This one, I'm going to say is like one of the best award shows just in the history of award shows.

Oh, it's messy. It's great. It's like it's messy in that way that MTV wishes they were still messy.

Oh yeah, they created moments with this and MTV like knew what they were doing.
