You know, there are so many people who are sad, depressed, feeling like they have no purpose in life.

And I think one of the biggest reasons is, is people don't have goals. And when you don't have a

goal, you don't have a direction. You don't have a project. You don't have a reason for getting up in the

morning. You're not excited

about life. And so Dean's going to talk about the importance of having goals. Also, if you have

difficulty setting goals, he's going to give you a really simple goal setting hack that can kind of,

we'll say, reverse engineer your goal from the end

instead of the beginning. And also remember that, you know, your brain, your subconscious mind is

what's called a cybernetic mechanism. When you give your brain a goal and you believe you can do it,

your subconscious mind starts to work out things. It starts to lead you

in the right direction. It starts to filter out things that don't pertain to your goals and helps you

to see things that you wouldn't have seen before that do pertain to your goals and will get you

moving towards your goals faster. But you have to make the decision as to what it is that you really want.
