Hey you guys, it's Bethany.

Now probably from the title you have realized that I have recently found out I have

a pretty bad mold infection. And moving forward, I know my regular listeners

are used to listening to my Monday episodes

being bites of knowledge and them being a shorter 20 minute to 30 minute

episodes versus my Wednesday releases where I interview experts in the field and

so forth. Wednesdays will still be the same as far as interviews, but I thought I would do a little pause on the bites of knowledge and just perhaps on Mondays instead update you on my mold progress.

This is all really new to me and yeah, I feel like this could at the very least just benefit myself more of a

vocal documentation of what's happening almost in real time my symptom side effects just

jotting things down instead of journaling more of a verbal journal if you would say

and I more of a verbal journal if you would say.

And I thought, I mean, I thought that

like should I tell my followers, should I not,

but it's been, it's been one of those things where my life is so much part of my job and my job is so part of my life, and I know I need to have boundaries and I do.

But this is, it has been affecting my health for years come to find out, but I just didn't know it.
