Moments after Patricia Stocker and her roommate heard the unmistakable sound of gunshots,

they saw a man covered in blood, crawling towards the gate to their apartment complex on West Reno Avenue,

Las Vegas. Patricia rushed over and tried to help the man, while her roommate, Victor Izzy,
