Welcome back to the podcast and happy July.

I'm so excited to start a new month and just a new episode today for you guys.

It is currently the holiday weekend when I'm recording this.

I hope everyone's having just a great fourth of July.

It was also my birthday this past weekend and so I wanted to share kind of a weekend recap

over this past weekend and also just share how everything went because if you guys listen

to my last episode, I talked a lot about dealing with just some birthday blues and feeling

a little bit down, but spoiler, those quickly went away.

So I'm feeling really good today.

I just hope you guys are all doing well.

I'm excited for today's episode because it is an episode that I love personally hearing

from other people and also watching these videos from people and it's essentially 24 things

that I have learned by the age of 24.

I just turned 24 on July 1st on Friday and so I have been feeling very reflective.

I'm someone who always writes in my journal my birthday and I always have, not always,

I've had this since I think I was like 20 when I started doing it in college and it's

always nice to kind of look over the past year and just reflect on everything what went

well, what didn't go well, what I liked about that age and just things I've learned in

general.

And I'm really excited.

I wrote these out after I was journaling and just thinking about a lot of things that

I've learned over the years and wanted to share them here on this episode.
