Welcome to No Limits. I'm Rebecca Jarvis. Each week we're talking to women playing at the top of their game. So how are they doing it?

1:13.5	I'm really excited to be here. I've been thinking about this conversation all day and smiling
1:17.6	ear to ear. For those of you who are just tuning in, Erica and I go way back. We do. Back to CBS.
1:24.3	We're going to get into that in a minute, but I want to go even farther back to your childhood growing up in Connecticut. Did you want to be a journalist as a kid? Was that the dream?
1:32.5	No, I didn't. In fact, I don't think I can point to one job where I said, not clear what my role was going to be. And I was
1:46.9	also going to work at the post office because at the time my aunt Sarah had two jobs. She was a
1:51.7	waitress and she was also working as postal carrier. And I thought the car that she got to drive was
1:56.3	really cool. So when you went to college, were you already decided when you went to Boston University
2:00.9	that you were going to do journalism? I wasn't. One of the best things that I did in my life was my
2:05.6	junior year of high school. My parents, somehow I got them to agree that I should go be an
2:11.2	exchange student for a year in a foreign country and live with a family that they had never met
2:15.1	well before the days of the internet and texting
