We've got all our kiddos down for naps so it seems like a good one to start off with would be

Do you film your podcast at the same time week to week? How are you able to do that with an infant?

I have one child now, 16 months, who has always been an unpredictable napper and I still never

know if or when she will nap.

Yeah well we do actually have a pretty regular routine when it comes to filming and

recording the podcast and we're able to do that because of how I guess systematized you've been in the

children's naps. That is extremely helpful and then also their bed times because like
