here's your weekly Bourbon News Update. Heaven Hill has filled its 9 millionth bourbon barrel. Now aging more

than 1.8 million barrels across 63 warehouses, Heaven Hill's Burnheim Distillery is producing

1,300 barrels per day, making it the largest single-site bourbon distillery in American whiskey,

and the 9 millionth barrel will be put up to age in Rickhouse Y, where it will be displayed

amongst Heaven Hills other milestone barrels. And now quickly moving on to Bourbon release news.

We're excited to officially announce the launch of Pursuit United. I know I've talked about it before, but we're really excited to actually make it official.

And this small batch blend is formed on partnerships and not just sourcing.

Over the entirety of 2020, Ryan and I, we worked on hundreds of blend iterations to find that perfect balance.

And we finally settled on selecting barrels

from various mashbills from three different distilleries that ended up at 108 proof.

The Kentucky component comes from Bartsdown Bourbon Company, and it delivers notes of caramel

and maple. And the New York side actually comes from fingerlakes distilling, which we've

proclaimed our love for it before.

And it uses their award-winning weeded mash bill that gives it those vibrant fruit notes.
