In honor of my upcoming 30th birthday, it feels right to make a list of the 30 life lessons

that I've learned in my 30 years on this beautiful planet.

I mean, it's crazy to think how much I've grown over time.

This time last year, I was throwing a party in a mansion, in Miami, drinking and partying

with a bunch of my friends, and celebrating the last year of my 20s.

But I'm walking into 30 with a different energy.

This year, my birthday falls on the full moon, and I'll be celebrating at a full moon circle,

dancing on the beach with no alcohol.

I feel more connected with myself than ever before, and I want to share tips on how I believe

this reality has become possible.

When you hear me rattle off each of these things, you'll notice that some things already

exist in your life, and some things deep down you know you want to work on.

So don't be overwhelmed by this list, and just find the life lesson that aligns with you

right now and focus on that.

Number one, listen to your inner voice.

Our inner voice starts to speak to us pretty much as soon as we learn how to speak.

Yes, we can fine tune our intuition over time, but that's after we realize that all of

those gut feelings that we have are more than just feelings.

We are conscious beings, attached to a higher power, and we exist with a purpose.
