I was on Armstrong's website who is our guest day

Alec and Armstrong.

And Armstrong. Armstrong. Um, it's funny, when I googued his company the first time I can't, I got, I thought we were talking to someone from the Armstrong ceilings.

Oh yeah, like they were like, or like they were like flooring.

It's like that, yeah.

But I was looking at some of his projects and I was like, wow, these are substantial projects.

But you actually know Alec or had talked to him through one of your consulting calls, right?

Yeah, back in April, Alex booked a call with me and after speaking with him for a little over an hour or so I just thought he had really neat and interesting perspective

from the industry, right?

He's a little bit older.

He's been in this industry for a while,

but he is a new business owner.

And he's working, he's a one man show basically supervising and managing projects.

His entry into what he's doing today is came about in like a roundabout manner and I just really neat

perspective zero ego and just like wants to learn and it's really cool and like he

knows what he knows and he's open and honest

when he doesn't know it.

And I was like, let's get you on the podcast.

I'd like, like, the conversation that we have was similar to what we had today.

And I was like, I think that it would be really valuable for our listeners. So I wanted to get him on.
