For years I worked myself sun up till sundown. I always prided myself on my ability to grind it out.

That was the badge of honor. It was the blue collar. I lived it. You know, I could outwork anybody.

And this was all basically just an excuse for being behind the 8-ball, whether it's behind financially, behind on the job schedule-wise, I hadn't priced a job correctly.

It was just foolish of me because had I understood my numbers, had I

understood my business, had I been marketing to the correct customer, I would have had enough

wherewithal to realize, hey, this doesn't't make sense this doesn't line up you cannot

continue down this path your business is not a sustainable model your business is not

making money at the end of day this is something that you cannot do.
