Tyler, so I met Patrick in Las Vegas at The Builder Show.

He's down in Atlanta and he's a he's he's a cool dude. Yeah. I don't know how else to say he's got a ton of stuff going on. And frankly...

I think the funniest part is how you met him actually, because if you heard the story,

you'd be like, wait, hold on, what are you talking about?

But I was not the event.

Well, yeah, I probably delivered that poorly.

But I mean, you'll you'll find out as you listen to this podcast.

But Patrick's he's a builder, he's a I mean you'll you'll find out as you listen to this podcast but

Patrick's he's a builder he's a developer

uh... you know he's a serial entrepreneur he's got consulting going on he's

running masterminds

uh... what i think is one of the most important takeaways

from this podcast is that he's shifted his mindset

around what being a builder, contractor, developer

is to looking at real estate first and maximizing what

the opportunity is within that real estate.

And you'll understand what I mean by that as you listen, but he's done a fantastic job of building a brand and a product around his real estate and then from that a brand around who he is and what he's successfully accomplished.

Yeah, having the conversation with him, this is the first time that I'm getting to

meet Patrick, but he's he's got everything in order and he's like he's a professional and he's proud of what he's doing and he's doing everything to the best of his ability and I think that a huge takeaway for me is just like

whatever you're going to do do it 100% and bring the energy with it and that was really

inspiring and it was good to meet him.

Yeah and when it doesn't work, learn from it and adapt on the next one.
