is usually the type of guy who doesn't take accountability

or confronting him about something.

He just wants her to tolerate whatever's bothering her

or doesn't sit well with her because it takes too much effort on his part.

Too much effort to have a respectful conversation, actually fix things or make things right. This is where the partner part of
