So the topic of this episode is dating someone new but can't stop thinking about your

ex or situation ship? I'm just going to keep this as straightforward as possible.

If you're dating someone new, but basically obsessing over your ex or

situation ship, crying over them, keeping tabs on them, losing sleep over them, then you are severely

doing this new person a disservice. You cannot be distraught over someone or obsessed over someone and in a

relationship with someone else. That's not being in a relationship that's trying to fill a void, using them for a distraction,

using them as a crutch, as a way to prove something to your ex, as a way to try to make your ex jealous, and just not being able to be

on your own.
