Of course. So how did you come across Breakup Boost? I guess like I've part of my journey.

I just, I've talked to friends and I've talked to family members, but I guess I feel I've been

looking for a way to get my message out. My work, what I do is I help others,

and I guess this is a different way to reach other people that maybe I don't know, that have

been through something similar to hopefully help them spare some pain or, like you said earlier,

to just recognize the signs and leave. Don't wait around. Like, it's okay.

So today you're going to talk to us about a past relationship. So how long ago was that?

I'd say it was about three years ago. And just for context, can I get your ages?
