Well, guys, the day finally came, Bachelor for Nelly Night.

And in the preview we see that Grant says, I still don't know who I'm picking.

It's like, sir, this is an engagement, not a last minute choice between pancakes or waffles at brunch.

All joking aside, though, I think we need to look

at the big picture here because this is a huge life decision, right? It's a million times

different when it's your life versus just being someone watching this on TV for a couple hours a

week. Plus, with producers meddling, you really never know what parts are just for show, because a lot of stuff gets twisted and exaggerated.

So anyway, Latia is first up to meet Grant's parents, and his sister is there too, and she made an appearance back on episode one.

And she tells Latia that she liked her since the first time they met.

So obviously that would make her feel great because it's always a bonus to have the sister on your

side, right? Grant's mom says there is a synergy between them. Then we get some real talk from

Grant's dad who indirectly reminds Lettia that marriage isn't a fairy tale by bringing up his own divorce.

And he says how he doesn't want his son to go through that.

Well, of course, no one wants to see that, but in the real world, it happens in half of marriages, hello.

And that doesn't mean that the other half are happy.

Just saying.

One major thing that we get reminded of is that Latia wants to be a mom.

And even when she sees Grant, she talks to him like he is a little boy.

You look so cute.

Like whenever she meets up with him somewhere, you look so cute.

It's like a mom kneeling down, zipping up her little boy's winter jacket and putting his mitts and tucon on or hat on, whatever.

Yeah, like Amanda doesn't want to hear how cute he is.
