Jenna Reamerzma, she's been a fan favorite, and her work with internal family systems has helped many people take their healing to a deeper level.

And today we dive into that, into how healing has to go beyond the goal of sobriety.

One of the things we've said a lot at Pure Desire is we're not here to just stop a behavior.

We're here to change the way you do life.

And if we're going to change the way we do life, we have to go beyond behavior modification, which isn't always easy.

And Jenna talks us through some of that today.

What do our listeners have to look forward to in this conversation?

So we've heard from Jenna before and heard her talk about IFS.

But this time she really did something different the way that she described the different roles of the exiles

and the managers and the firefighters and the triangle analogy. I thought that that was really

helpful and I don't think I've ever heard her describe it that way, but I thought that was awesome.
